Refund & Cancellation Policy

Introduction

Welcome to Zadence ("we," "our," "us"). These Refund & Cancellation Terms govern the policies related to ticket cancellations, refunds, and event changes. By purchasing tickets through our platform, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1. Ticket Cancellations
  • You can request ticket cancellations either by contacting the Zadence support team or by reaching out directly to the Event Organiser.

  • Refund eligibility and terms are determined solely by the Event Organiser and may vary for each event.

  • We strongly recommend reviewing the Terms & Conditions of each event before purchasing tickets.

2. Event Cancellations, Postponements, or Delays
  • If an event is cancelled, postponed, suspended, or delayed for any reason, Zadence is not responsible for issuing refunds or covering any losses resulting from such changes.

  • It is your responsibility to check for updates regarding an event’s cancellation or rescheduling.

  • If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, we will make reasonable efforts to inform ticket holders after receiving official confirmation from the Event Organizer. However, we do not guarantee that all ticket holders will be notified in advance.

3. Venue & Event Organizer Rules
  • Tickets are subject to the rules and regulations set by the venue and the Event Organiser.

  • Violation of any rules, or any behaviour deemed unacceptable, may result in removal from the venue without a refund.

  • Security searches may be conducted by the Event Organiser to ensure patron safety.

  • Zadence is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.

4. Refund & Chargeback Requests
  • All refund and cancellation-related disputes must be directed to the Event Organizer, as they have sole authority over refund decisions.

  • Zadence is not responsible for processing refunds, cancellations, or any errors in refund issuance.

  • Chargeback disputes are solely between the buyer and the Event Organizer. If you wish to request a refund, please contact the Event Organizer directly.

  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 business days and credited directly to the original payment method.
